After much searching, I have found a "fixer-upper" that backs up against the Chester Creek Trail System - cheap housing, green belt - hence the moniker.

lefty-loosey, righty-tighty
Removed the left-hinged 34" fire-damaged door, and replaced it with a 36" right hinged door. This should allow larger pieces of furniture, and appliances access.
