After much searching, I have found a "fixer-upper" that backs up against the Chester Creek Trail System - cheap housing, green belt - hence the moniker.

Dryer Washer
Catching up for what it is worth. Yep Dryer Washer, I am apt to do things backwards. Check out the real sweetie of this pic - the instant water heater. Works better than advertised.
